1. Order Processing Time
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after your order is processed.
Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
(Example: If your order takes 1–2 business days to process and 3–5 business days to ship, you can expect your package in approximately 4–7 business days.)
3. Notes
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.
Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.
4. Shipping Coverage
Currently, DOMPLI LLC ships only within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to:
Alaska or Hawaii
Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
International destinations
We’re working to expand our shipping options in the future.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@dompli.com.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
