Thank you for shopping with DOMPLI LLC. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refund Policy makes the process simple and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
Email support@dompli.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.
For damaged or defective products, attach clear photos or a short video.
We will respond within 72 hours with next steps and return instructions.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
Processing time: Up to 14 business days after we receive your return.
Your bank or card provider may take 3–5 additional days to post the credit.

We accept exchanges only for:
Wrong items shipped
Defective products
Manufacturer sizing errors
For a different size or style, please place a new order.
